Customer insight

How well do you know your customers?

With the ever increasing importance of targeted marketing, this is one of the very first questions we will ask you. Your knowledge  of who your customers are has a huge impact on the combination of marketing activities we then recommend.

For many businesses it is often assumptions based on how well they know individual companies, how well they know their market and also how long they have been active in that market.

For SME’s the ability to better understand their customer – their likes and dislikes, their favoured social media, what they purchase and why – this level of knowledge is often a luxury that sits outside the day-to-day marketing budget.

However, the customer is king, which is driven by the consumer, and those consumers now expect the same high end experience in their business dealings too. Gain initial interest with relevant, timely and personal marketing for them to want to find out more and the next steps in their customer journey will dictate if they engage further or not.

To be able to successfully implement a marketing programme to suit today’s customer expectations, you need to know who they are, what they do, in fact as much as you possibly can before you even begin to consider any marketing activity.

FG Marketing offer a cost-effective customer insight service based on methods which we’ve tried and tested over a number of years. We design a range of questions to suit your audience, the knowledge you wish to gain and, most importantly, ones that will encourage the best response levels too.

Emma has an excellent eye for detail, a no nonsense approach to branding and corporate messages and also had a very clear understanding of our specific market, meaning she was able to come up with a marketing concept that worked for us and our team.
